R&D Center

CHAM Battery의 연구 개발 실적과 성과를 알려드립니다.

CHAM Battery의 연구소는 100 명 이상의 R&D 기술자를 보유하고 있으며 그 중 50% 이상이 박사와 석사로 이루어져 운영되고 있습니다.
현재 27 여개의 발명 특허, 126 여개의 실용 신안 특허와 18 여개의 디자인 특허를 포함하여 총 171 개의 특허 기술을 보유하고 있습니다.
CHAM Battery는 매년 총 매출의 6%를 연구소 및 R&D에 투자하고 있습니다.
CHAM Battery의 R&D 연구소는 총 4개의 관련 부서로 운영되고 있습니다.
 

R&D Dept.1
주로 배터리 원자재 개발, 신제품 개발, 제품 시험 생산을 하고 있습니다. 국내외 유사 제품에 대한 테스트 분석, 기술 개발을 연구하고 있습니다. 연구원들 중 80 %는 전기 화학, 재료 화학 및 물리 화학을 포함한 리튬 배터리 관련 전공에서 왔으며, 11.1 %는 5 년 이상 리튬 산업에 종사했습니다.또한 Cham Battery Company의 R&D 센터의 공학 기술과 과학 연구소 및 대학교 간의 우수한 협력과 커뮤니케이션과 배터리 재료 개발에있어 Central South University와의 지속적인 협력을 바탕으로 서로의 장점을 보완하여 제품의 R&D 및 기술 진보를 크게 촉진했습니다.
     
 

R&D Dept.2
주로 모바일 전원, BMS 시스템 관리, 소형 에너지 저장 및 스마트 차량 등 소비자 가전 제품에 연구 및 개발하고 있습니다. 리튬이온 배터리를 사용하는 주변 장치 시장을 기반으로하여 제품 개발 전략을 구성했습니다. 많은 노하우를 가지고 있는 R&D 엔지니어들을 통해 20 여개의 공인 된 특허 기술을 받았으며, 다수의 유명한 기업과 협력, 협약 및 공동 개발 계약을 체결했습니다.

주로 배터리 CELL 생산 기술의 개선 및 혁신, 결함 감소, 제품 품질 개선, 신제품 및 프로세스의 개발 및 도입, 제품 일관성 개선 등의 배터리 제품의 품질과 생산 효율을 향상시키는 연구를 담당하여, 제품 품질 향상, 제품 우수성 개선, 공정 관리 표준화 및 표준화 된 생산 관리 시스템을 만들기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. 13개의 개선 프로젝트에 참여하고 있으며, 매월 평균 2개의 개선 제안으로 10 개 이상의 특허가 있으며 다양한 분야에서 많은 찬사와 상을 받습니다.

배터리 CELL 생산 장비와 관련이 있는 연구를 하고 있으며, 30년 이상의 굴지의 대기업에서 근무한 전문가를 포함하여 기계 자동화 전문가로 구성된 엘리트 팀으로, 주로 배터리 생산 관련 장비의 개발, 도입, 유지 보수 및 개선에 많은 연구로 생산 라인의 효율성과 자동화를 향상시키고 인력 및 재료 비용을 효과적으로 절약하며 생산 품질을 향상시킵니다. 완전 자동화 된 생산 목표를 달성하기 위해 CHAM MES 디지털 관리 시스템 프로젝트를 위한 장비 구성에 전념하고 있으며, 10 개의 특허 기술을 획득하여 CHAM Battery의 장비 분야와 18650 리튬 이온 배터리 산업 전체에 크게 기여했습니다.
